Who we are

Web Brew is a content creation, website and marketing automation studio based in George, Garden Route, South Africa. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Web Brew.

What we collect

This website has no sign-up or contact forms. We only receive personal information when you choose to contact us, for example:

Like most websites, our hosting provider may log basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, for security and to keep the site running.

How we use it

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for direct marketing unless you have agreed to that.

Who we share it with

We only share information with service providers who help us run the business, such as our website host, email provider and WhatsApp (Meta), and only as needed. Some of these providers may store information outside South Africa; where they do, we use providers that protect it to a standard similar to POPIA.

Third-party services on this site

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers. If you accept marketing cookies, we also use the Meta Pixel, which shares details of your visit (such as the pages you view and your browser and device information) with Meta Platforms to measure and improve our advertising. Links to WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires (for example, tax records).

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. See our POPIA notice for how to do this.
